We produce in a shared facility that does handle common allergens and so we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination. We caution those with food allergies to consume our products at their own risk. We do not use any of the common food allergens in our products (dairy, gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame, corn) and we use good manufacturing practices, to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. This means that most of the equipment and wares we use are ours and not shared, however, we do use some wares that belong to the shared kitchen, and we cannot guarantee what else touches them. To prevent this we visually inspect and thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize everything we use before and after we use it. We understand that this isn’t an adequate countermeasure for some of our customers, and we are actively working on finding a facility free of allergens. But until then this is the best we believe we can do. If you have any suggestions on how to do it better, please share them with us.
